A temporary opportunity for an experienced Housing Officer in Plymouth and South Hams, offering £20.75 per hour for 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The contract is for 2 months with the potential to be extended.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of tenancies and be the main point of contact for residents
- Carry out tenancy sign-ups, viewings and tenancy management visits
- Manage tenancy breaches and support safeguarding cases
- Monitor estate standards and contractor performance
- Work with residents and partner agencies to build safe, sustainable communities
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve tenancy-related enquiries
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in social housing, tenancy or neighbourhood management
- Strong customer service and case management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Ability to manage a busy and varied workload
- CIH Level 4 qualification (or willingness to work towards)
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
