About the Role

This growing Construction company are seeking an experienced Bid/Social Value coordinator to support their growing pre-construction and business development side of the business. This is a key role focused on developing high-quality bid submissions and driving meaningful social value outcomes across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the preparation of bid and tender submissions, with a focus on social value content
  • Develop and write social value responses aligned with client requirements and procurement frameworks
  • Work closely with the Directors and plan their social value plan
  • Research client requirements and tailor responses to maximise scoring potential
  • Support the development and tracking of social value commitments across live projects
  • Ensure all submissions are high quality, consistent, and delivered within deadlines
  • Work with the local community to achieve goals and targets

The right candidate will have experience working within a Social Value/Bids based role within the south west, ideally within Construction/Engineering or a similar environment.
