This opportunity is offering some of the most exciting and high profile local projects, modern software and technology, flexibility to work from home if required with flexible hours, as well as excellent company benefits and competitive salary. You will also have one of the best opportunities to enrol in your Part 3 and have full support and mentoring by some excellent Architects.
You will be joining a growing team who are very friendly and sociable, some recent projects won include a huge healthcare project, hotels, commercial and leisure across the local area.
Responsibilities
- Assist on creating the brief to colleagues
- Liaising with other members of the design team
- Working towards the latest building regulations and technical standards
- Solving any issues that may arise
- Working towards fixed budgets and times deadlines
- Assist on planning applications and appeals
- Visit site for inspections
Requirements
- Part II Qualified
- 3D capabilities are desirable
- Experience with Revit would be an advantage
- Strong design and technical skills
- Experienced within the Architectural industry
