Office Coordinator Location: Exeter Salary: £25,000 per annum Type: Permanent, Full‑Time About the Role Are you looking to build a career in the housing sector? We have a varied and dynamic opportunity for an Office Coordinator working for a leading consultancy in Exeter. Full training and accreditation will be provided. You’ll be supporting teams across multiple departments, particularly focused on Retrofit and Building Compliance work. Key Responsibilities Review building performance documentation and compliance information. Assist with creating retrofit plans and supporting survey programmes. Provide administration support to Project Surveyors. Coordinate and work on passive fire measures assessments. Use detailed databases; update records and warranty documents. Maintain accurate records of assessments and retrofit projects, including tracking project progress and outcomes. Produce reports and maintain trackers. Liaise with clients and internal teams. What We’re Looking For Essential: A self‑starter with strong interpersonal and organisational skills. Excellent communication—confident meeting clients face‑to‑face when required. Excellent attention to detail. A genuine interest in housing / building compliance / retrofit work. Eager to learn and develop professionally in this field. Desirable: Some experience working in the housing or building sectors. Familiarity with compliance standards, retrofit assessments, or passive fire measures.
