An established and employee-owned building services specialist is looking to strengthen its Living design team with an experienced MEP Revit Coordinator. The business specialises in the mechanical, electrical and public health installation of high-end residential, student accommodation and hotel developments. You'll work alongside experienced engineering and technical teams on technically detailed projects, with strong opportunities for ongoing technical development and career progression.

As an MEP Revit Coordinator, you will join the drawing team at the company's Northampton head office, supporting the production and coordination of detailed MEP models and associated 2D drawings. This is an office-based position suited to an intermediate to advanced-level candidate with a strong understanding of Revit MEP and the wider Building Services environment.

The role will include:

  • Producing detailed MEP models and associated 2D drawings
  • Working closely with Engineering and Technical teams to support model production
  • Coordinating mechanical, electrical and public health services within project models
  • Using Autodesk Construction Cloud to support document management workflows
  • Ensuring modelling work is completed in accordance with ISO 19650 and company CAD standards
  • Maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality across all modelling work
  • Supporting the wider project team with technical coordination and model information
  • Identifying and addressing modelling or coordination issues
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative working environment
  • Maintaining quality standards in accordance with company QA procedures

The successful MEP Revit Coordinator will ideally have:

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Revit MEP
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of AutoCAD MEP
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Navisworks Manage
  • Understanding of mechanical, electrical and public health building services
  • Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM processes
  • Experience working within Building Services or the wider construction industry
  • Good understanding of MEP modelling and coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and a thorough approach to work
  • Proactive and approachable personality
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
