Night Site Manager – M & E Mid Cornwall Excellent rates! RGB are delighted to be supporting a well recognised, adaptable contracting business currently engaged on a retrofit scheme in the heart of Cornwall. To deliver a sensitive fire safety scheme, they are in need of a competent and diligent Site Manager to manage a night works programme. Responsible for overseeing specialist contractors installing updated fire alarm & suppressions systems, you’ll ensure that works are executed to programme, Health & safety and quality requirements, Liaising with the sub-contractors Site Supervisor and reporting any issues back in to Senior management and the day shift team. You should be an experienced Construction Site Manager with knowledge of refurbishment/retrofit works, ideally with previous experience of working on or managing M & E packages, and you should have an SMSTS, a CSCS card and First aid at work to supplement your practical understanding. The contract starts straight after Christmas and runs until Spring so offers consistency and an attractive rate to reflect out of hours working.
