Working for a reputable business who currently deliver a 60/40 split across open market and contracting work streams. Summary of role:
- Overseeing a team of 5 surveying staff
- Undertake reports, oversee and collate CVRs etc.
- Staff Training, development and undertake PDRs/reviews
- Report to the director. You will not oversee or manage projects/sites
What's needed:
- A contracting background with housing experience is preferred but developer backgrounds will also be considered!
- Strong commercial awareness
- Experience in a similar management role
- Ability to lead, coach and motivate a team
- QS Background
- Detailed and organised
- Excellent IT and reporting skills
