Role Overview The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for the strategic direction, operational efficiency, and financial performance of the business. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and industry regulations, implementing best practices across the business. Provide technical design oversight for projects, with hands-on knowledge of HVAC system design principles. Use AutoCAD to create, review, and amend project drawings where required, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have: Proven leadership experience in managing an HVAC, air conditioning, or building services company. Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy, with experience overseeing company P&L and project budgets. In-depth design knowledge of HVAC systems, including the ability to interpret and produce AutoCAD drawings. Knowledge of the industry landscape, including technologies, market trends, and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and team management skills, able to inspire and motivate a small but highly skilled team. Experience in client relationship management and business development, with a network within the sector being advantageous. Entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to take ownership of the business and lead it to its next phase of growth.
