Managing Director – HVAC & Air Conditioning Systems Location: Surrey Area Annual Turnover: £1.5m–£2.5m Project Values: £5k–£800k A well-established HVAC and air conditioning solutions business in the Surrey area is seeking an experienced and ambitious Managing Director to take the reins. The company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects to a diverse client base, including commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. Role Overview The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for the strategic direction, operational efficiency, and financial performance of the business. Excellent interpersonal and team management skills, able to inspire and motivate a small but highly skilled team. Experience in client relationship management and business development, with a network within the sector being advantageous.
