Role Overview The successful candidate will take on increasing responsibility for the business, with guidance and support, and gradually assume full leadership. This is a hands-on role, blending operational oversight, design involvement, and team leadership. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the development and execution of the company’s strategy and business growth. Overseeing projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery, on time and within budget. Providing technical design input, including HVAC system design and AutoCAD drawings. Assisting with financial management, including monitoring budgets, project costs, and profitability.
