We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Developer for a Sales Advisor to join their successful sales team, covering developments across Leicestershire.
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a well-established developer with an excellent reputation for quality homes and outstanding customer service.
The Role As a Sales Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them through the home-buying journey from initial enquiry through to reservation and completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist prospective purchasers visiting the development.
- Build rapport with customers and identify their individual requirements.
- Manage enquiries and follow up leads
- Conduct development and show home tours.
- Take reservations and complete all associated sales documentation accurately.
- Liaise with solicitors, estate agents and financial advisers throughout the sales process.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge, local market awareness and competitor information.
- Ensure compliance and paperwork with all sales procedures, regulations and health & safety requirements.
- Consistently deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.
