We are partnered with an Architectural Practice in Liverpool who are looking to bring on an experienced Part 3 Architect to their expanding team. They are looking for a team player who can assist with mentoring and coordinating across teams and clients.

They are looking for an individual who has worked across:

  • New builds
  • Renovations
  • Commercial

Responsibilities

  • Work a wide range of RIBA stages
  • Develop and create practical design solutions that meet clients’ requirements
  • Prepare planning, building regulations, and construction drawing packages
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and local authorities
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and project reviews
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative studio culture

Requirements

  • Qualified Architect with Part 3 accreditation and ARB registration
  • Experience working within UK architectural practice
  • Strong technical knowledge and detailing skills
  • Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD among other software packages
  • Ability to manage deadlines
