Location: Office-based (Portsmouth)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

Contract: Minimum 3 months (strong potential for long-term work – 2–3 years)

Experience Required: 3–5 years

Pay Method: CIS / Ltd Company

Day Rate: Negotiable depending on experience

Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Planner to support a major engineering programme within the defence sector. This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term, high-profile project with strong extension potential and the possibility of permanent employment.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
  • Coordinate planning activities across engineering and delivery teams
  • Identify risks, delays, and resource constraints
  • Ensure planning outputs align with project delivery objectives

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a planning role (engineering, infrastructure, marine, or defence environments desirable)
  • Proficiency in Project Office (essential)
  • Experience supporting structured project timelines
  • Able to work full-time onsite in Portsmouth
