RGB Recruitment are looking for a Customer Care Technician for a regional housing developer working all over Devon & Somerset.

Interview Dates: 27th or 28th May

Salary: £34,000 - £37,000 per annum

Duties:

  • General Maintenance and minor repairs on occupied houses
  • Painting
  • Drylining
  • Carpentry
  • Window Adjustments
  • Mastic & Silicone repairs

Ideally looking for somebody with a trades based qualification who can turn their hand to a bit of everything. Need to be comfortable dealing with customers as the houses are occupied as well as competent with technology and using a tablet to update their system and head office.

Hours: 39 hours per week
