Role Overview
As a Construction Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the operational efficiency. You will be responsible for coordinating administrative processes that underpin project delivery, help maintain project documentation, and support the business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Project Teams
- Help maintain and update in-house systems, documentation and reporting tools
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, organise staff uniform/stationery etc.
- All H&S documentation and Administration
- Providing reports and compliance documents
- Supporting the H&S Manager with site inspectors being arranged
- Support communication between site teams
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and can pick up in-house systems
- Team player and comfortable working in an open plan office
- Previous administration experience — ideally in construction or related sector
