Are you someone who takes pride in maintaining safe, clean, and welcoming environments? We're looking for an Estate Officer to join a Supported Housing team, helping to ensure residents enjoy well-maintained homes and communal spaces.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Carrying out minor maintenance and repair works
- Cleaning and maintaining communal areas and gardens
- Preparing vacant properties for new residents through cleaning and decorating
- Managing the security of communal and void properties
- Monitoring stock levels and completing basic administrative tasks
- Liaising with contractors and supporting residents when required
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in cleaning, gardening, decorating, maintenance, or a similar hands-on role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and use your own initiative
- A positive attitude and pride in delivering high standards
- Confidence dealing with contractors and customers
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
