I am currently representing an excellent building service M&E contractor who are currently looking for an Electrical Bias Foot Mobile Engineer with experience in building services to work across a cluster of prestigious buildings housing blue chip clients in the West Central London area.
This role would suit a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer from a building services background looking to join a small, growing maintenance company who offer training and personal development. You will be expected to carry out PPM/reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks.
The ideal candidate would have a driving license as they would be supplied with an estate car to take part in the company call out rota which is currently 1 in 7.
You will be providing the following duties but not limited to:
- PPM's and Reactive maintenance across M&E Services - Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, Water treatment
- General building services tasks
- Landlord and Tenanted areas of large blue-chip companies across a large estate
- Working as part of a small maintenance team
Requirements:

Salary & Package: 43-48K per annum + Travel/Oyster Card with company car supplied for call out.
Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 16:30.
25 Days Annual leave + bank holiday

Plenty of OT - 1.5 in week, Saturdays & X2 Sundays & bank
