We are currently recruiting for a Tenancy Sustainment Worker to join a supported accommodation service in Exeter, helping young people build the skills and confidence needed to live independently.
The Role
You will provide key worker support to vulnerable people, helping them develop life skills and sustain their tenancies while working towards independent living. The role involves working as part of a supportive team within a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one key worker support for young people in supported accommodation
- Develop and review support plans, risk assessments and risk management plans
- Help young people build life skills and maintain their tenancies
- Support individuals to access relevant services, education, and opportunities
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with safeguarding policies and procedures
