We are looking for a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with strong experience in real estate law and a proven track record advising on property charging and securitisation matters. Hybrid working is available for this role, working 2-3 days in the office dependent on business need. You will be based from either Exeter, Tolvaddon, Norwich or Tewkesbury.

The Role

You’ll provide specialist legal advice on property charging, securitisation, financing, and refinancing transactions, ensuring security arrangements are robust, compliant, and delivered efficiently. Working across the business, you’ll manage legal due diligence, resolve title issues, oversee external counsel, and help drive continuous improvement in legal processes and delivery.
