Working in beautiful surroundings on the outside of Exeter close to good transport links, offering free parking and company benefits on site, you will be organised, client focused, dynamic and flexible to manage day to day operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Greeting clients and visitors with a friendly and professional approach
  • Managing serviced lease offices coordinating any issues that may arise
  • Maintain thorough and accurate client information
  • Oversee the main mailbox and answer all client questions/queries as promptly as possible
  • Managing and distributing all post
  • Keep all communal areas tidy and well presented
  • Ensure all communal kitchens are clean, tidy, well stocked, and ready for the day
  • Attend weekly team meetings
  • Coordinating meeting room and hot desk bookings
