We are looking for an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to:
- Manage a varied caseload of anti-social behaviour and hate crime cases.
- Investigate complaints and identify practical, customer-focused solutions.
- Work closely with police, local authorities and partner agencies.
- Prepare legal documentation and attend court proceedings when required.
- Build positive relationships with customers while resolving complex situations.
- Provide advice and support to colleagues on enforcement matters.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience managing anti-social behaviour or enforcement cases.
- Knowledge of court procedures and legal casework.
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
- Full UK driving licence.
