Are you passionate about supporting communities and resolving complex neighbourhood issues? We're looking for an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour and Enforcement Officer to join a busy Neighbourhoods team on a temporary basis. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in creating safer, stronger communities by managing anti-social behaviour cases, supporting residents, and working closely with partner agencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage anti-social behaviour, harassment, hate crime and related enforcement cases
- Act as the first point of contact for customers experiencing neighbourhood issues
- Build effective relationships with police, local authorities and community partners
- Gather evidence, prepare legal documentation and attend court proceedings where required
- Provide advice and support to customers and colleagues on enforcement matters
- Promote positive neighbour relationships and sustainable tenancies
- Experience within social housing or a related field, ideally dealing with anti-social behaviour cases
- Experience managing challenging situations and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation and housing management practices
- Understanding of anti-social behaviour, harassment, domestic abuse and hate incident legislation
- Experience of court procedures and legal casework
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
