We are currently working in partnership with a well-established, forward-thinking construction business to recruit an experienced Site Manager for an exciting and diverse new scheme. The Role

  • As Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
  • You will work closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders, driving performance and maintaining strong working relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage day-to-day site operations, including labour and resources, to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Valid CSCS card, SMSTS certification, and First Aid at Work.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale Design & Build projects.
