An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Decorator to join a busy Healthy Homes team working across Bracknell, Slough and surrounding areas. This role involves carrying out mould treatments, ventilation surveys and decoration works within residential properties, helping to ensure homes are maintained to a high standard and customers receive a safe and quality living environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out mould treatment and make-good decoration works
  • Conduct ventilation surveys within residential properties
  • Complete all work to a high standard and within allocated timescales
  • Pre-order materials and manage jobs efficiently
  • Maintain excellent customer communication throughout works
  • Deliver a professional “right first time” service
  • Support property maintenance and healthy homes standards

Requirements

  • Previous decorating or property maintenance experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Full clean UK driving licence
  • Own hand and power tools required
  • Willingness to participate in out-of-hours callout rota
