Are you an organised administrator with excellent attention to detail and seeking a new role to start immediately? We are recruiting for a Procurement Administrator to join a busy Civils Contractor based in Bodmin.
The Role
You will provide high-quality administrative and operational support to help deliver efficient and compliant procurement activity across multiple business areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day procurement administration and processes
- Liaising with suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and frameworks
- Sourcing quotations and processing purchase orders
- Managing the central inbox
- Supporting accurate data management and reporting activities
What we’re looking for:
- 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English and Maths) or equivalent
- Office Administration experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational and communication skills
