RGB Recruitment is working with a leading South West housebuilder to recruit an experienced Technical Manager to join their Pre-Construction team. This role offers responsibility for managing multiple residential developments, leading design progression from planning through to build completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage design development and technical approvals across multiple residential schemes
- Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, warranty standards and CDM Regulations
- Appoint, manage and coordinate external consultants and engineers
- Discharge planning conditions and manage technical risk
- Provide buildability and technical support to site teams
- Manage utilities, building control and warranty providers
About You
- HND (Level 5) or equivalent in construction, design or engineering
- Proven experience in a Technical Manager or Design Manager role within housebuilding
- Strong technical, organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
