As part of the senior management team, you will oversee the contracts managers and site staff, commercial team and admin resource, recruiting new and developing existing staff members. You will lead on business development, representing the company in the marketplace, spearheading growth, identifying new business, building relationships with current clients and raising the company profile. You will have responsibility for leading the team to produce competitive, winning tenders to successful project delivery including client liaison, programming.
