Site Manager Stoke-on-Trent Short term summer contract!
A well known, national construction services provider who take an active role in delivering their own projects as well as being a valued supply chain member to a host of firm across the UK, is in need of a Site Manager to oversee modular installations on a school during the summer holidays.
You'd be managing the install process, liaising with the client and their consultants, ensuring H & S procedures are followed to the letter and co-ordinating trades/the supply team.
- SMSTS, CSCS & First aid are essential for the role, together with previous experience of leading a team on an academic and/or modular scheme in the UK.
- You'll need to be a sound communicator with good IT skills who is happy to work autonomously with the support of a visiting Construction Manager.
