What you’ll be doing:
- Cleaning communal areas to a high standard
- Travelling between sites on a planned rota
- Using technology to record completed work, including photos and forms
- Ensuring communal spaces are clean, safe, and presentable for residents
- Taking ownership of your designated properties and maintaining excellent standards
What we’re looking for:
- A positive, self-motivated attitude
- A passion for cleaning and attention to detail
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Comfortable using basic technology for reporting tasks
- Full UK Driving Licence
