Overview
RGB Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading highways contractor who is seeking an experienced SSSTS / SMSTS Supervisor to join a major highways scheme in Cambridgeshire. This is a long-term contract opportunity, ideal for a Supervisor with strong highways experience and proven site leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to the Construction Manager
- Supervising a site team of 20-30 operatives
- Delivering daily briefings and toolbox talks
- Ensuring all Health & Safety standards are adhered to
- Supporting programme delivery and driving site productivity
Qualifications
- Valid SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
- CSCS card
- Proven experience supervising highways projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Confident managing large site teams and maintaining safe systems of work
