JOB TITLE:       Chartered Surveyor LOCATION:     Eastleigh SALARY:           Up to£62,000/annum DOE The Employer: We are looking to fill the role of a Chartered Surveyor within a housing environment, Our client is ambitious and have a massive 5 year plan which we are seeking a Surveyor to assist with, their main aim is to create a sustainable future for social housing, building new homes and investing in existing ones creating vibrant, thriving communities. The Role: As Chartered Surveyor you will carry out Property Surveys to provide solution with repairs. Manage and resolve challenging projects, keeping customer satisfaction to a high standard. Collaborate with contractors, clients, and in-house teams to maintain housing stock to the highest standards. Prepare schedules of work and project management support including quotations in relation to minor/major works where the technical surveying level is appropriate to specify and oversee the resulting works Ensure health and safety compliance across all projects, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
