An established and growing architectural practice is looking to recruit an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to support the delivery of large scale, technically complex projects across the industrial, logistics and data centre sectors.
The practice has a strong pipeline of secured work, a collaborative studio culture, and a reputation for retaining staff by offering clear progression, exposure to all project stages, and a sensible approach to work life balance. This role would suit a Part 2 who enjoys technically detailed work and is keen to develop their experience on complex projects, working closely with senior team members from concept through to construction.
Role & responsibilities:
- Assisting with the design and technical development of projects across all RIBA stages
- Producing drawings and models using Revit and AutoCAD
- Supporting the preparation of planning and technical packages
- Coordinating information with consultants and internal teams
- Assisting with client, contractor and consultant meetings
- Responding to design and technical queries as projects progress
Key requirements:
- RIBA Part 2 qualified
- Strong technical ability with a good understanding of UK Building Regulations
- Experience on industrial, logistics or data centre projects is advantageous but not essential
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD would be an advantage
- Able to work both independently and as part of a project team
- Clear communication and organisational skills
