Opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join an Architectural consultancy in the centre of Birmingham.
Working across a variety of project sectors to include education, healthcare, leisure, industrial and commercial, heritage and residential. The practice has a large amount of healthcare work and specialists in this area; therefore, experience in healthcare would be desirable, however not essential.
You will join a medium-sized team of 30 working across a variety of projects leading and managing the projects through all RIBA stages.
Responsibilities- Lead the technical delivery of projects from concept through to completion
- Liaising with clients to understand their business goals
- Working towards the latest building regulations and technical standards
- Managing planning applications and building regulations
- Solving any issues that may arise
- Working towards fixed budgets and time deadlines
- Assist on planning applications and appeals
- Visit site for inspections
- Assist in business development
- Develop detailed Revit models and drawing packages
- Relevant qualification within Architecture
- Strong design and technical skills
- Revit is essential
- UK-based experience with a minimum of 5 years in practice experience
