The role will focus on the technical delivery of projects, working closely with architects, consultants and external stakeholders through the later design stages.
Role & responsibilities:- Producing detailed technical drawing packages and construction information
- Coordinating technical information with consultants and specialist subcontractors
- Ensuring designs comply with current UK Building Regulations
- Supporting projects through technical design, tender and construction stages
- Responding to technical queries and design changes during delivery
- Assisting with maintaining drawing standards and project documentation
- Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
- Solid experience producing technical drawing packages
- Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Experience within industrial, logistics or data centre sectors is desirable but not essential
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
