RGB Recruitment is working with a leading highways contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced SSSTS / SMSTS Supervisor to join a major highways project in Cambridge. This is a long-term contract opportunity (circa 18 months), ideal for a Supervisor with strong site leadership and highways experience.

The Role:

  • Reporting directly into the General Foreman
  • Supervising a site team of 20–30 operatives
  • Delivering detailed toolbox talks and daily briefings
  • Ensuring Health & Safety standards are maintained
  • Supporting programme delivery and site productivity

About You:

  • SSSTS or SMSTS qualified
  • Proven experience supervising highways projects
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Able to manage site teams and maintain safe systems of work
