Are you an experienced assistant site manager? Do you have a proven background working on new build housing projects? Live within a commutable distance of Weymouth?
A new position has become available for an assistant site manager to join an established site team in Weymouth, due to an internal promotion. Working for a respectable developer on a live site, this role is expected to continue for the next 3 plus years.
Responsibilities
- Hit the ground running and integrate within the already established team.
- Support the site manager with the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring plots are built within time, safety standards and to a high quality.
- Maintain a strong regard for health and safety and knowledge of building regulations and NHBC standards.
- Utilise good IT skills and demonstrate excellent organisation and communication.
Qualifications
- CSCS
- First Aid
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- HNC/HND, BTEC or Degree in a construction-related subject is preferred but not essential
