We are working with a trusted client of ours who are looking to take on an Assistant Civil Engineer out of their Cardiff office. This person would have early career experience within Civil/Infrastructure/Drainage design, and use software such as AutoCAD, Civil3D and MicroDrainage.
With this role and company, you would be able to specialise within your preferred sector of Civil Engineering. For example, if your forte is SuDS and SAB applications, you can be focused on that. Similarly, if your interest is in Infrastructure design, you can slot into an infrastructure biased role.
They have been a big part of the Welsh engineering market for over 20 years, across all things Civil and Structural design. They work on a wide mixture of projects, from housing, residential, commercial, theme parks, sports and more.
Their workload includes traditional Civils design for residential developments, commercial builds, as well as some quirky projects such as the drainage design for a driving range in a developed cave.
In return, they would offer:
- Salary £28,000 - £35,000 (doe)
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Hybrid working
- Staff pension scheme
- Support and ICE mentoring for IEng/Chartership
- Competitive bonus scheme
- Employee owned benefit
This is a great opportunity to have direct support from the management team, regular staff socials, fantastic training and an employer which will genuinely look after you.
