What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll be a key part of the engineering team, bringing your technical know-how and leadership to a range of UK-based building services projects.
- You should be confident working across RIBA stages and managing the full project life cycle—from initial surveys to site inspections and project completion.
- Leading mechanical services design on a wide range of projects.
- Liaising directly with clients and external teams (architects, structural engineers, contractors, surveyors).
- Preparing project documentation, reports and specifications.
- Overseeing installation, commissioning, and contractor supervision.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Supporting junior team members in their technical and professional development.
- Contributing to sustainable design solutions and compliance with legislation and H&S requirements.
