We are currently working in partnership with a well-established, forward-thinking construction business to recruit an experienced Site Manager for an exciting and diverse new scheme. The Role
As Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You will work closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders, driving performance and maintaining strong working relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations, including labour and resources, to ensure efficient project delivery
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate site teams to maintain a positive and productive working environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and industry best practice
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track
About You
- Valid CSCS card, SMSTS certification, and First Aid at Work
- Proven track record delivering large-scale Design & Build projects
- Working towards or holding membership with a relevant professional body (desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Highly organised, proactive, and committed to delivering high standards
- Experience of new build high rise accommodation scheme required
