Leading a £28m investment programme across 58,000 homes. We are seeking a senior leader in planned maintenance and capital works to take accountability for the delivery of a major £28m planned investment programme. This is a high-impact role focused on ensuring homes are safe, compliant, and maintained to a consistently high standard, while driving long-term value and service improvement.
