On behalf of a well-respected main contractor, RGB Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager for a new and unique project in Exeter.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver the project safely, on programme, within budget and to expected quality standards.
- Drive a strong safety culture from the outset.
- Set up projects, processes and site systems.
- Coordinate pre-construction planning and ensure design information arrives when needed.
- Monitor progress and resolve issues before they affect delivery.
- Build positive relationships with clients, consultants, supply chain and internal teams.
- Manage finances, valuations and cash flow.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance.
- Support, develop and manage staff performance.
About You
- Ambitious, confident in leading site teams, and comfortable taking ownership of large projects.
- Running schemes independently or a solid PM ready to step up.
- Construction qualification and valid site cards expected, but attitude, leadership and ability to motivate teams are just as important.
