An exciting opportunity for an experienced talented Part II Architectural Assistant or Newly Qualified Architect to join a growing and highly respected architectural practice in Exeter. The practice has an established reputation for delivering complex and technically challenging projects across a range of sectors including Education, Residential, Retirement Living & Care and Sport & Leisure, with projects ranging from bespoke schemes through to developments exceeding £40m.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative and supportive team environment, gaining exposure across all RIBA stages whilst continuing to develop both design and technical skills within a growing regional studio. You will be working closely with experienced Architects and Technologists on a varied project portfolio, with genuine support and progression available towards Part III qualification and long-term career development.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting with the delivery of projects across multiple RIBA stages
  • Supporting planning applications, technical packages and project coordination
  • Producing high quality design, presentation and technical drawing work
  • Working collaboratively with Architects, Technologists and external consultants
  • Attending client meetings and site visits
  • Assisting with technical problem-solving throughout project delivery
Requirements
  • RIBA Part II qualified or ARB Newly Qualified Architect
  • Previous UK practice experience
  • Strong design and technical ability
  • Revit experience is essential
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach to professional development
