Key responsibilities include:

About You:
You’ll be a commercially minded construction professional with strong leadership capability and a proven background in estimating. Significant experience in construction estimating with a strong grasp of costing methodologies and market rates. Sound commercial judgement, ideally with exposure to senior management, business leadership, or director-level responsibilities. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office. Experience leading teams and contributing to business strategy.
