We have the requirement for an experienced Civil Technician/Engineer to join a busy team of professionals in Cardiff, working on mainly Residential schemes. You would need 5+ years’ experience in a relevant role, ideally with Residential project experience under your belt – this person would take a lead role from concept through to construction.

The role:

  • Highways and Drainage designs
  • Producing site levels
  • Section 278, 38, 104 and 185 agreements
  • Earthworks modelling (3D)
