Site Supervisor in Cambridge

RGB Recruitment is working with a leading highways contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced SSSTS / SMSTS Supervisor to join a major highways project in Cambridge.

This is a long-term contract opportunity (circa 18 months), ideal for a Supervisor with strong site leadership and highways experience.

🔹 The Role:

• Reporting directly into the Construction Manager
• Supervising a site team of 20–30 operatives
• Delivering detailed toolbox talks and daily briefings
• Ensuring Health & Safety standards are maintained
• Supporting programme delivery and site productivity
• Must have a valid SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
• CSCS card
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Able to manage a large site teams and maintain safe systems of work
