Exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified RIBA Architect to join a consultancy in central Bristol. The consultancy works predominantly in residential; however, they also do some work in sports and leisure, mixed use, and Passivhaus. This opportunity would be to work predominantly in the retrofit sector and to carry out this work within the Bristol area. However, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a range of projects across all other sectors.

Predominantly office based with the flexibility to work from home if required. Offering a competitive salary and benefits package working on some very interesting diverse projects.

The Role:

  • ARB / RIBA Qualified
  • Experienced and confident using Revit is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent design skills and technical knowledge on medium to large projects
  • Proficient in UK Building regulations
  • You will be primarily responsible for technical design, details, specifications, coordination and solving any issues that arise
  • Working through all RIBA stages
  • Able to work on multiple and complex projects
  • Run projects through all RIBA stages
  • Be enthusiastic, proactive and a good communicator
