There is a new opportunity for an Administrator to join a company based in Surrey. You will mainly be supporting a small but busy engineering team and be working within the M&E Maintenance industry.
As a business, they are based in Surrey and now employ over 20 engineers and are continually growing at a steady rate offering M&E Installation and maintenance works nationwide.
Duties would include:
- Coordinating, scheduling and planning of engineer’s diaries
- Booking follow up work and through liaising with the client
- General administrative duties including booking hotels and booking in works with stores
- Database management and inputting
- Ordering and checking parts
Salary & Package: 28 - 30k (dependant on exp.) 9 – 5 on a 40-hour week 20 days holiday +
