Our client is a rapidly growing FM provider offering a full range of services and have a new opportunity for a Static Air Conditioning Engineer to work in a team of X2 on a site in Victoria.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Air Conditioning engineer to take on a Static role. You’ll be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding on AC systems across one site.
Key Responsibilities
- Have good experience fault finding and repair of VRF systems and split systems.
- To be able to work confidently and individually on refrigeration recovery, pressure testing and brazed repairs on VRF and split systems.
- To be able to work confidently and individually on compressor changes VRF and split systems.
- Have good knowledge and experience on working with a variety of Manufacturers equipment, namely Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Toshiba and Panasonic.
- Fault-finding and diagnostics.
- To be able to provide detailed remedial repair reports with information of replacement component parts.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with relevant health & safety and compliance standards.
- Keep accurate records using PDA and company systems.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and represent the company professionally on-site.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in commercial air conditioning maintenance and repair.
- Valid F-Gas qualification – essential.
- Relevant AC qualifications and manufacturer training – advantageous.
- Basic electrical knowledge.
- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work independently.
Salary & Package
£40,000 – £48,000 basic (depending on experience and skill level) 8 - 5 Monday to Friday with no on call. Regular overtime opportunities on site and to support the wider team in London should you want it. Specialist tools, PPE, uniform, smartphone & PDA. 21 days holiday + bank holidays. Company pension scheme.
