There is a new opportunity for an Administrator to join a company based in Surrey. You will mainly be supporting a small but busy engineering team and be working within the M&E Maintenance industry. As a business, they are based in Surrey and now employ over 20 engineers and are continually growing at a steady rate offering M&E Installation and maintenance works nationwide.
Duties would include:
- Coordinating, scheduling and planning of engineer’s diaries
- Booking follow up work and through liaising with the client
- General administrative duties including booking hotels and booking in works with stores
- Database management and inputting
- Ordering and checking parts
Salary & Package:
- 28 - 30k (dependant on experience)
- 9 – 5 on a 40-hour week
- 20 days holiday + bank
- Company pension scheme
- Full IT Systems and Equipment training
The Person:
- Strong administration skills
- Good communicator
- Efficient, organised, self-motivated
- Computer literate
- Experience scheduling engineers - advantageous but not essential
- Previous experience or knowledge of engineering environment
