Commercial Maintenance Electricians are required to cover contracts across Surrey and Merton. Contracts include Civic Buildings, Wimbledon Tennis Club, Libraries, Community Centres, Fire Stations, Schools, and Offices.
Your role will involve:
- Working on a van mobile basis across Merton
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults and breakdowns
- Installing, testing, and commissioning electrical equipment and systems
- Ensuring electrical systems comply with UK regulations (e.g. BS 7671 IET Wiring Regulations)
- Responding to emergency call-outs and unplanned maintenance issues
Qualifications desired:
- NVQ Level 2 and 3 in EAS / Electrotechnical discipline
- JIB Gold Card (AM2 or AM2E equivalency pass)
- Test and Inspect Qualification
- 18th Edition
- Minimum 5 years post qualification experience
